Return & Cancellation Policy

A message to our customers about the Coronavirus.

Our website, distribution centers and customer service are open and operational.

Please note some deliveries may take a few extra days.

In these uncertain times, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees remain our top priority.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, we want to share some immediate steps we have taken to help keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.

Like many others, our teams are closely following guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and other local and national health organizations. We continue to receive the most up to date information and we have taken the following actions to date:

  • We're monitoring our distribution centers to ensure all the right cleaning supplies are always stocked and used to it's full capacity.
  • Increased frequency of sanitation and cleaning of all our distribution centers and especially in high traffic areas.
  • All employees have been recommended to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing and sanitation, staying home when sick, social distancing, and pausing all non-essential travel.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $7.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it; as such we encourage the purchase of our Sample Sets before committing to a full bottle.

As long as the item(s) is in its original packaging, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.
